How old is the
technology?
Older than 1 year and less than 4 years.
What brand is it?
Brands will vary, but predominantly IBM.
Can I upgrade the RAM (memory)?
Yes. Most packages come standard with 128Mb however
this can be upgraded to 512MB
on most models.
Upgrade costs are listed on each package.
What type of modem is supplied?
56 kbps internal.
We can also arrange UNWIRED connections for laptop purchases.
Printers
You can add a colour printer for an incredibly small
upgrade price. (See package
specs for details.)
How old is the printer?
The printer is NEW.
What brand is the printer?
Lexmark Z513 Colour Inkjet Printer.
How many pages does it print per minute?
Up to 9 ppm black and white. Up to 3 ppm Colour.
What is the print quality like?
The printer has a maximum resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi. This
is high quality, suitable for printing photos and professional-looking
documents.
Does the printer scan?
No.
Does the printer copy?
No.
CD burner
Why would I need a CD
burner?
A CD burner is a great way to back up your data or music CDs.
You may also like to copy
digital photos to pass on
to relatives and friends.

How much is freight?
Delivery costs $29.95 within NSW. We can also arrange Australia
wide delivery.
Warranty
What warranty is offered
with Easytec Technology?
All desktops carry a 12 Months return-to-depot warranty.
Laptops carry a 3 month return-to-depot warranty due to their
mobility status. Laptop batteries
are considered a consumable and therefore do not carry a warranty.
We recommend laptop purchases
consider buying a NEW battery
for $99.
Printers are brand new and therefore carry a 12 month return
to manufacturer warranty.
CD burners are also new and carry a 12 month return-to-depot
warranty. (Software is not
covered; warranty is on hardware
only).
